Jennie Pakula was admitted to practice in New South Wales in 1988. She has worked in legal profession regulation in NSW and Victoria since 1994. From 2010- 2018 Jennie managed the front end of the complaints and enquiries function at the Victorian Legal Services Board + Commissioner (VLSB+C), during which time she read and assessed around 15,000 complaints. Since December 2018 she has been the inaugural Manager, Innovation and Consumer Engagement at the VLSB+C.
